It’s time for a self-check

I am a dreamer, both literally and figuratively. The Lord has been downloading dreams to me for years that have intensified over the last year. In the past month, He has been giving me interpretation, and teaching me how to understand what He is showing me to help myself and for others that He gives dreams to that are connected to me. This is all very cool, and awesome, but some of the dreams are terrifying. Lately, I’ve been seeing end times events, and I understand that prophetically these things must take place, but as I look upon them, its frightening, and I feel compassion for those who don’t know Him. Many don’t understand the times we are living in. They have eyes but don’t see. (Acts 28: 26-27)

Comparatively, many feel the same way today. They are looking around at the natural disasters occurring all over the world, the demons manifesting in people with all of the violence and erratic behavior, a huge moral decline, political unrest and more, and its frightening. It’s no wonder, people are asking, “What is going on?” But I ask again, “What are you looking at?”

You see, what you look at you empower. What goes through our eyes is powerful. Have you ever heard that the eyes are the window to the soul? It’s a saying from William Shakespeare, yet there is a scripture regarding this as well, read Matthew 6: 22-23. The soul is our mind, will and emotions, and what we take in affect those areas greatly. What you look at, and focus on will not only affect your outlook on life and current circumstances but your behavior.

Faith requires focus

Did you know that? Faith requires intentional focus on God. It can’t be by logic and reason because faith doesn’t make sense. If I were to focus on the devastating parts of the dreams I have or even all the terrible things taking place on the earth, then it would affect me mentally, and emotionally. I would entertain, and feed into it, as if this was the only life I had. Similarly to many out there, I would do whatever I wanted and live as if there was no tomorrow, because it’s not promised anyway.

But I have a hope of eternal life and I hold on to that hope! There is eternal life after death for me, and you also, if you accept Jesus as your Savior, Messiah and King.  I believe Jesus, so with that in mind, I can’t focus on events that were prophesied to take place. I am to watch and pray. What that means is to pay attention and be aware of the times that we are in, pray without ceasing, and share the gospel, which is the good news about Jesus.

There is hope! If you were to only focus on what the mainstream media is pushing to us all, it’s easy to lose hope, and put you in a negative, hate filled form of mind. However, I want you to be aware that there are only a few companies that own about 90% of all major media outlets that give us our news and tv programming. There is an agenda, and I’ll give you a hint (control out of chaos–controlled chaos) Moreover, there is alot of social engineering and brainwashing going on, so keep in mind that there is an agenda and they control the narrative.

We as people, have been watched for a long time, and contrary to popular belief, the devil is patient. He has been around longer than we have and he knows us. He watches our habits, and he has empowered the kings of the world, just like in biblical times. Nothing has changed except the modern time that we live in. There is nothing new under the sun, as King Solomon so eloquently said in Ecclesiastes 1:9.

Jesus is the only way. The world as we know it, will end. People know this and some feel like worshipping satan/lucifer puts them on the winning side, but every knee shall bow and tongue confess that Jesus is Lord! Glory to God!

Here is a Word from the Lord that I received September, 9, 2018:

“To my children, I am coming soon. Wait for me, watch for me. I will not delay. My reward is with me. I have spoken.”

When I got that message, I sat quietly for a few moments and then I started to cry out, “Lord have mercy!” He said His reward was with Him. Read Revelation 22: 12-14.

The cost is too great

People, we can’t afford to focus on the world. Be aware, yes, but not shaken and stirred to the point of a negative action on your part. We must be mindful of what we take in our eye and ear gates, because our focus can make the difference of death or eternal life.

Are you focusing on past failures? If so, how can you see what God is doing in, and around you? Life happens to us all, and I am not taking away from your pain by any means. I have experienced my fair share and more, but I keep looking at God, who is the author and finisher of my faith. Looking at past failures or current world situations can cause you to be depressed, or become bitter, both emotions open the door for the devil to come set up shop with his minions. It takes intentionality to refocus, casting down all thoughts that exalt themselves against the knowledge of God.  (2 Corinthians 10: 5-6)

Our society is heading towards civil and ethnic chaos. There is such a great division in the world and that is BY DESIGN. As a matter of fact, it’s here already, but all of this hate will soon come to a climax, and people are choosing sides in the natural and spiritual. There are only 2 kingdoms: The kingdom of God and the kingdom of this world, and I want you to wake up to this fact, as so many are asleep. People ask, “Are you woke?” and they refer to black people being of Hebrew origin, but I ask if you’re woke to Jesus soon return? Are you woke to the times that we are living in?

My daughter had a dream a few years ago about the sleeping church. We are the church. The Lord keeps bringing this dream back to me. We are sleeping now, in this dispensation of time. Here is the dream:  She was in a big church and there was a full congregation, and the pastor was preaching and then he snapped his fingers and every head fell down asleep except hers. Once they fell asleep his shell of a body fell and hit the pulpit but now a demon was in its place and he turned and looked at my daughter and she said, (his look was as if to say, “how can you see me?”) and then he snapped his fingers again and the people woke up but they didn’t notice that the demon was preaching. They didn’t see or perceive it. and she woke up.

Right Vs. Left

People are standing to the right and left and drawing lines in the sand, even Christians who are supposed to be the light and show love to even the “unlovable” ones. The Word says that in the last days the love of many would wax cold. (Matthew 24:12) Anger begets anger; likewise, hate begets hate. Only love can conquer these feelings. We have to stop being apart of the division and show the love of Christ. SHOW LOVE, as we are all people sharing this human experience.

Who’s focusing on God and His word? Who? I see Christians on social media feeding into the dogma being put out. No, I am not saying to ignore it, but there is a way to handle these things, as men and women of God. Your conversations and social media posts shouldn’t focus on the problem more than the solution, which is Jesus Christ. We should all be pointing people to Him. He is our hope. If you keep looking and talking like the world, you will start to believe what is put out, and your love will wax cold. What you feed will grow.

There is not a man or woman on earth that can solve our issues. We need Jesus and should be praying for His return. And why are we surprised by the actions of unsaved people? Whether that’s people you personally know or see on tv. Why the surprise? The Lord tells us to inspect the fruit of the tree. A good tree does not produce rotten fruit and a rotten tree does not produce good fruit. People who’s fruit do not reflect the love and fellowship of Jesus Christ should not incite a debate in you. What do you expect them to do? God is the only one that changes people, He makes us into a new creature, with a renewed mind. Our mind is constantly renewed by what we feed it and what we look at.

What are you looking at?

Where’s your focus? We all want peace in the world, but there is no real peace without God. Peace is not the absence of conflict but the presence of God. If I, and my fellow Christians were to walk in love and the fruits of the Spirit, the peace and joy that radiates through us will transcend to others.

I can’t be apart of the problem, because there is enough bickering going on. I don’t like it, nor do I entertain it. Many things I hear about or catch a video clip of hurt my heart, and I say, “Come Lord Jesus.” because I know that He is the only solution. Many are losing their loved ones daily, and I understand this level of pain. Moreover, I know the Comforter, and although loved ones are leaving this earth and resting, we are here to battle still and to mourn, yet we don’t mourn as those without hope. He put us in the world with His Holy Spirit and we, as Spirit filled Christians, are supposed to be here making a difference in the world, but that isn’t happening.

In spite of all of that, what I do know, and trust, is the written and rhema Word of God. I received a Word while going through Chemotherapy, and God said, on March 28, 2017, “There will be a revival in America. The darkness will arise, but your light will shine even brighter.” I say “Hallelujah!” to that. Our light, as believers, will shine even brighter! Faith is the substance of things hoped for but not seen. Hope that you can see is not hope at all.

My hope is in Jesus. I have faith in the Word of God. I believe Him when He said that we would do greater things. Miracles, signs and wonders, follow those who believe. Don’t be discouraged, adjust your eyes. Pray and ask the Lord to increase your faith and discernment. Jesus is alive and on the throne! No matter what it looks like, WE WIN!!!!
